TRUCK DRIVERS
Reporting To: Head Driver/ Supervisor
Department: Operations

Job Summary
Responsible for delivering company raw materials and products from one site to the
other. Driving the company truck in direct sales and delivering company products from one customer to the other. Dealing with clients, passengers or managers professionally, even in challenging situations, requires patience and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately deliver products to the designated locations while following the right route plan.

• Delivering company products with the direct sales team, right products to clients in a timely manner

• Ensure the right stock and qualities are loaded on the vehicle.

• Ensure inspection of company vehicles is done and reports any faults.

• Motivate and encourage team members to deliver high performance

• Promote and maintain discipline within the team

• Ensure proper management and safeguarding of company assets while on duty

Requirements
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Minimum C1 driving license
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Driving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
